Pets are welcome at Sunny Lyn Holiday Park, subject to your acceptance of the guidlines regarding pets.

IF YOU ARE TO BE ACCOMPANIED BY A PET
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING

So that we may continue to welcome pets at Sunny Lyn please ensure you heed the following guidelines.

Pets are not permitted in ANY of the public buildings on the park.
[With the exception of registered assistance dogs.]

Dogs MUST be kept on a SHORT lead and under control at all times while on the park. If your Dog is outside the Holiday home it MUST be on a lead.

NO PET should be allowed to enter a holiday unit that is designated ‘No Pets’. This ensures that anyone with an allergy to pet hair/feathers can book a pet free unit confident that pets have never been allowed in that unit.

NO PET is allowed into the bedrooms [with the exception of registered assistance dogs] or onto the beds or bedding in any of the holiday units. Pets are only permitted onto the seating in the holiday units if they are on a pet blanket. While we appreciate pets moult, excess hair should be vacuumed up before your departure. [A vacuum cleaner is available for your use from reception. You will be charged £25.00 for extra cleaning if you ignore this guideline. Pet blankets are available to hire from reception]

Pet owners WILL be liable for payment should their pet cause any damage while in the unit or on the Park.

Dogs MAY NEVER be left unattended in a holiday unit, tent, tourer, motorhome or vehicle.

Owners MUST ensure that their dogs are exercised responsibly and do not allow them to excrete or urinate anywhere on the Park. Should your dog have an “accident” please clean up after it.

At the bottom of the camping field is a gate giving access to the bridge over the river and into the woods. This is an ideal unlimited area to exercise your dog. However, please do not leave any dog excrement on any of the footpaths and please keep your dog under control, as it is becoming increasingly difficult for us to convince the local residents and the National Park Authority, that guests visiting the area with a dog are not a nuisance.

Should any pet owner not follow these guidelines, permission for your pet to be on the Park will be withdrawn. Any future attempts to make a booking with your pet will be declined.

Thank you for your co-operation
